Pump Case

The pump case is the primary structural housing of a mud pump, enclosing and supporting critical internal components such as the crankshaft, bearings, pinion shaft, and crossheads. It provides the mechanical foundation for the power end of the pump, maintaining alignment, absorbing vibration, and withstanding high torque and load during continuous drilling operations.

Engineered from high-strength cast iron or alloy steel, the pump case is built to endure extreme mechanical stress, thermal expansion, and harsh environmental conditions. It also includes mounting surfaces and access ports for maintenance, lubrication, and inspection.

Our pump cases are fully compatible with mud pumps from FMC BEAN, ATLAS COPCO (Trido series), and TRIAQUA. Precision-machined to OEM specifications, they are ideal for rebuilds, replacements, or retrofits, ensuring long-term structural integrity and reliable pump performance.
