Crankshaft

The crankshaft is the central rotating component of a mud pump’s power end, responsible for converting the rotational energy from the drive motor into the reciprocating motion required to move the pistons. As the core of the pump’s mechanical system, the crankshaft ensures synchronized piston movement, allowing for efficient fluid displacement and steady pressure output.
Manufactured from high-strength forged steel, crankshafts are engineered to withstand the extreme mechanical loads, torsional stress, and continuous vibration found in drilling environments. They feature precision-machined journals and counterweights to ensure smooth rotation, minimal wear on bearings, and optimal balance during operation.
Our crankshafts are fully compatible with mud pumps from FMC BEAN, ATLAS COPCO (Trido series), and TRIAQUA, and are built to meet or exceed OEM specifications. They are a critical part of any major rebuild or long-term maintenance plan to ensure maximum pump performance and reliability
