Connecting Rod

The connecting rod is a fundamental mechanical component in mud pumps, responsible for transferring motion and force between the crankshaft and the crosshead or piston assembly. With each rotation of the crankshaft, the connecting rod converts rotary motion into the reciprocating action needed to drive the pistons and pump drilling fluid efficiently.
Constructed from high-strength forged steel or ductile iron, connecting rods are engineered to withstand continuous high loads, vibration, and cyclic stress without deformation. They are precision-machined to ensure proper alignment and smooth operation within the pump, playing a critical role in maintaining efficiency, reducing wear, and preventing mechanical failure.
Our connecting rods are fully compatible with FMC BEAN, ATLAS COPCO (Trido series), and TRIAQUA mud pumps. Manufactured to OEM standards, they offer reliable performance, long service life, and easy replacement during scheduled maintenance or rebuilds.
