The Safety Valve in TRIAQUA® pumps is a critical element designed to ensure safe operation by preventing overpressure in the pump housing.
It is preset to a maximum pressure of around 50 bar, and if the pressure in the line surpasses this threshold, the valve opens.
This action allows the flow of liquid to bypass, protecting the pump housing from potential damage due to excessive pressure.
It's important to note that the safety valve can be adjusted to a lower value but should never be set higher than the specified maximum pressure limit of 50 bar.
An essential safety feature, none of the pumps should be operated without a properly fitted safety valve.
