The W1122 435 FMC Bean Pump is a high-performance horizontal triplex piston pump engineered for drilling, coring, and water well operations. With a robust design and versatile configuration, this pump ensures reliable operation in demanding geological and drilling environments.

Capable of delivering up to 44.2 GPM (201 L/min) at pressures up to 1,000 PSI (69 bar), the W1122 435 features three 2.75" pistons and a 2.75" stroke, supported by durable stainless-steel cylinders with ceramic liners for extended service life. Depending on fluid conditions, the pump can be fitted with HNBR pistons for standard use or Kevlar pistons for abrasive environments.

The pump's ball or disc valves (stainless steel), cast iron fluid end, and a mechanical efficiency of 85% make it a top choice for consistent fluid delivery. Designed for continuous duty at 750 RPM and intermittent duty at 900 RPM, its internal gear ratio of 3.6:1 and SAE C motor mount options (2-bolt and 4-bolt) ensure maximum compatibility and flexibility.

Ideal for clean water or drilling mud applications, this FMC Bean model uses SAE 30 oil, has a 1-gallon lubrication capacity, and weighs approximately 425 lbs (197 kg). Cylinder options (2.75" or 2.25") allow adjustment of flow and pressure parameters for custom operations.
