The TRIDO 80 mud pump is expertly designed for geological exploration, core drilling, vertical drilling, and water well drilling operations. Engineered for reliability and high performance, the TRIDO 80 is capable of delivering a maximum flow rate of 109 liters per minute and a maximum pressure of 48 bar when equipped with ball valves.

Built with durability in mind, the TRIDO 80 features stainless steel cylinders lined with ceramic inserts, significantly enhancing wear resistance and extending service intervals. The pump’s pistons are crafted from high-performance HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), making them ideal for use in non-aggressive environments. For abrasive conditions, Kevlar-reinforced pistons are available, offering outstanding strength and longevity.

This horizontal triplex piston pump operates with three pistons, each with a diameter and stroke length of 2.25 inches (57.2 mm). The pump housing is made of high-strength cast iron, ensuring exceptional durability even under the harshest conditions.

The TRIDO 80 is highly adaptable: it comes standard with stainless steel ball valves and seats, but it can also be configured with disc valves depending on application needs. Additionally, the standard cylinder diameter of 2.25 inches can be replaced with 1.75-inch (44.45 mm) cylinders to modify the pressure and flow characteristics to fit specific project requirements.

With a maximum drive shaft speed of 890 rpm (625 rpm with ball valves) and a minimum operational speed of 360 rpm, the TRIDO 80 offers outstanding flexibility across various drilling operations. The lubrication system uses 2.2 liters of SAE 30 oil, ensuring smooth operation and optimal mechanical efficiency.
