The L0918 420 FMC Bean Pump is a high-performance horizontal triplex piston pump, expertly engineered for drilling and industrial fluid handling. With a maximum flow rate of 264 liters per minute (24.2 GPM) and a pressure capacity of 103 bar (1,500 psi), it is ideal for HDD, vertical drilling, and water well operations.

Its stainless-steel cylinders with ceramic liners ensure extended service intervals and exceptional resistance to wear. The Kevlar pistons are optimized for abrasive media, with high-strength rubber alternatives available for different applications. The pump’s disc valves are made of stainless steel and designed specifically for abrasive environments.

Built with a heavy-duty cast iron fluid end and frame load capacity of 2,800 lbs (1,270 kg), the L0918 420 offers reliable performance in harsh field conditions. Its 2.25" stroke and internal gear ratio of 3.6:1 ensure efficient power delivery, supported by SAE 30 oil lubrication.

Compatible with SAE B and SAE C hydraulic motors and operating efficiently at 750 RPM continuous, the L0918 420 adapts well to varied field setups and is engineered to handle fluid temperatures from 0°F to 140°F (up to 250°F intermittently).
